St. Jude Liturgical Arts Studio transformed the sanctuary at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with a comprehensive renovation centered on new Italian Roman travertine flooring, a newly defined center aisle, updated lighting, custom architectural woodwork, and new marble liturgical furnishings.

The centerpiece of the renovation is a new 28-foot arched wooden reredos, creating a strong architectural backdrop for the crucifix and altar. New marble furnishings, including the altar, ambo, baptismal font, and tabernacle stand, bring permanence and continuity to the sanctuary. The Carrara and Giallo Siena marble elements were carefully coordinated to complement one another.

The installation of large-format Roman travertine imported from Italy extends through the sanctuary and center aisle, creating a visual connection between the nave and the altar. A comprehensive lighting update further highlights the new architectural and liturgical elements, bringing greater warmth and focus to the worship space.

The completed renovation brings together stone, wood, light, and sacred furnishings to create a more cohesive and dignified sanctuary for the parish community.
