For all projects, we engage skilled personnel who are not only capable of performing the work to be done, but also are very sensitive to capturing the feelings of the original designer, of our artists and our craftspeople. The various skilled craftspeople combined have over 150 years experience in doing work exclusively for Catholic Churches and Cathedrals. Our craftspeople strive, in accord with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works, to provide a finished product that will lend itself to inspiring worship as a work of art that will have beauty as well as longevity.

Leia DiCocco Tenuta
MARKETING SPECIALIST | DIOCESE OF ARLINGTON
A third-generation member of her family’s liturgical business, Leia DiCocco Tenuta developed a passion for liturgical design at an early age. Growing up around the work and attending countless job sites alongside her father, Lou DiCocco III, she learned firsthand the importance of thoughtful design, craftsmanship, tradition, and creating sacred spaces that truly serve the Church. Over the years, she has continued following in her father’s footsteps, becoming increasingly involved in the creative, marketing, and project development sides of the family business.
Leia further developed her business and marketing experience at The Catholic University of America, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After graduation, she gained professional experience working with several Fortune 500 companies before returning to school to pursue her passion for international business and marketing. She earned her Master’s degree in International Marketing from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University, with the hope of helping expand the family business and strengthen its presence both nationally and internationally.
In 2012, Leia created the family business’s social media platforms and has been developing, organizing, and producing its digital content ever since. Her work combines marketing strategy, storytelling, Catholic identity, and a deep appreciation for sacred art and liturgical design.
She has also worked closely on numerous liturgical projects throughout the Diocese of Arlington and beyond, assisting with project development, coordination, marketing, design concepts, and bringing each project’s story to life.
She lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with her husband, their three children, and their dog, Mac. Faith and family remain at the center of her life, and she is an active member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fredericksburg.
